Job functions
·Handling a full set of accounts, which includes preparing financial statements, performing daily accounting operations like bank reconciliations and billings, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. They also manage accounts payable and receivable, assist with tax and audit preparations, and liaise with external parties like auditors and bankers.
· Maintains and updates register of Fixed Assets
· Handling clients' portfolio and work closely with operations team to attend to clients' request.
· Handling and updating various clients' accounts.
· Involve in daily payment settlement. Perform online banking transactions as maker/verifier
· Assist in preparing multiple company and clients' accounts, management reports and others accounting related reports on monthly/quarterly/ yearly basis.
· Perform other administrative works such as photostat documents, printing and binding reports, update reporting data, filing etc.
· Verifying accounting transactions performed by subordinates
· able to handle ad-hoc task when assigned by the manager
Requirement
Candidate shall possess at least LCCI or Diploma certificate equivalent.
Required language(s): English
Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word)
Able to work independently
Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in accounting & finance
Experienced in using AutoCount accounting software will be an advantage.
