About the Company

Our company specializes in the rental of a wide range of height access and lifting equipment including mast climbers, gondolas, hoists, and other mechanical lifting solutions. With a strong track record supporting high-rise construction, industrial facilities, and complex building projects, we continue to grow as a trusted partner in safe and efficient vertical access systems.

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our organization and support business growth.

About the Job

You will be responsible for promoting rental solutions, expanding market reach, securing project-based rental jobs, and managing strong client relationships within the construction and industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and secure new rental business opportunities for mast climber working platforms and lifting equipment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, project teams and site personnel
  • Prepare and present rental proposals, quotations, and technical solutions
  • Negotiate rental terms and ensure successful contract closure
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines
  • Represent the company at site visits, attend tender briefings, and client meetings
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client engagement.

Lead Generation & Client Relations:

  • Generate leads and build long-term client partnership
  • Conduct project site visits to understand technical and operational needs
  • Present solutions that align with safety, efficiency, and project requirements
  • Negotiate contract terms beneficial to both client and company
  • Maintain regular engagement to ensure client satisfaction and service continuity

Customer Service Coordination:

  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams for mobilization and site setup
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service performance
  • Resolve issues related to manpower, responsiveness, and equipment breakdowns
  • Ensure fast and effective communication for all client requests

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Civil), Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in construction equipment rental, scaffolding, industrial machine or related industries
  • Proven sales record and ability to build client relationships
  • Strong client networking abilities and proven track record in closing deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Experience in work-at-height or access equipment solutions is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows and site needs
  • Customer-focused, with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
