Job Summary:

The Technician is responsible for performing technical installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of systems, devices, or equipment under the company's service scope. This role requires strong hands-on skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and operational standards to ensure smooth and reliable system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and test equipment, devices, and systems according to company standards.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware or software issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in on-site support, service calls, and customer technical inquiries.
  • Record all service, repair, and maintenance activities accurately in service logs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company SOPs, and client requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks and calibration of devices as required.
  • Coordinate with the supervisor or engineering team for escalated technical issues.
  • Maintain tools, parts, and equipment inventory in good condition.
  • Provide on-site training or guidance to clients on system operation when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in technical servicing, installation, or maintenance (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior roles).
  • Knowledge in wiring, networking, or system integration is an advantage.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for on-site assignments.
  • Good communication skills and customer service attitude.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team under minimal supervision.

Working Conditions:

  • On-site service at client premises when required.
  • May involve weekend or after-hours work for urgent service calls.
  • Must comply with all company safety and security policies.

  • Response time and service completion rate.
  • Accuracy of installation and maintenance work.
  • Customer satisfaction rating.
  • Compliance with safety and quality standards.

Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
