Role Overview
The Finance & HR Executive will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR and Finance functions across the organisation. This role requires a balance between people management and financial discipline, supporting both operational and strategic business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR management activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
- Handle full financial management functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, budgeting, and statutory reporting
- Process monthly payroll and maintain accurate HR and financial records
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and financial regulations
- Prepare management reports and budgets for leadership review
- Serve as the main liaison with auditors, tax authorities, and statutory bodies
- Support data-driven business decisions through timely and accurate insights
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong understanding of HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and financial management
- Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing and managing a full set of accounts
- Knowledge of statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, KDN, JTK) and financial reporting requirements
- Good grasp of employment laws, industrial relations practices, and Malaysian financial regulations
- Proficiency with HRIS and accounting software (e.g., Deskera HRMS, UBS, SAP, QuickBooks) and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, PHR, or SHRM-CP are advantageous
- Experience in strategy or management consulting would be an added advantage
- High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage confidential information
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and handle multiple priorities effectively

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM4,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
