Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Listing Management
- Create, update, and maintain product listings across various online marketplaces.
On-site Advertising and Promotions
- Execute and monitor paid advertising on marketplaces (e.g., Sponsored Ads, Discounts, Vouchers tracking, etc)
- Track ad performance and suggest optimization strategies to improve ROI.
Visual & Content Coordination
- Work with designers and content teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and platform requirements.
Data Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze key e-commerce performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, sales, ROI, etc.).
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in e-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms & marketplaces with Proven experience in ecommerce operations or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in copywriting will be advantageous.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
