About the Role

As our Creative Content Creator, you're more than a producer—you're a narrator, storyteller, director, and champion of immersive digital experiences. You craft content that not only connects, engages, and inspires audiences but also strengthens Zetrix AI's global innovation story.

You'll produce high-impact content across digital, social, interactive, and video platforms, translating brand vision into compelling storytelling that elevates the company's campaigns and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

● Conceptualize, produce, and deliver engaging content across social, digital, interactive, and video platforms.

● Develop storyboards and translate them into fully executed content, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

● Lead end-to-end video and motion content production across platforms, from scripting and shooting to editing and final delivery.

● Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and content style while creating multi-platform content that strengthens Zetrix AI's innovation story.

● Collaborate with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure all content meets business and campaign goals.

● Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all deliverables meet brand, technical, and creative standards.

● Stay informed on trends, technology, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh, relevant, and innovative.

● Mentor junior content creators and provide guidance on creative execution, storytelling techniques, and platform best practices.

Requirements

● Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's in New Media, Advertising, Graphic Design, Film, or related fields.

● 3–5+ years of experience in content creation, video production, or digital storytelling within an agency or in-house team, or as Assistant Director / Producer experience welcome.

● Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-platform campaigns, video, and interactive content.

● Expert in video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut) and motion graphics.

● Comfortable with camera work, lighting, and production workflows.

● Deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.

● Knowledge of AI-assisted content creation (Google Veo 3, Krea Ai, Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Kling AI) is a plus.

● Excellent storytelling, writing, and visual communication skills.

● Proficient in Bahasa, English; Mandarin is a plus.

● Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines, and willing to stay late when necessary.
