What You'll Do
- Contact and qualify warm inbound leads via phone and email
- Understand each lead's goals and book video appointments with Program Advisors
- Maintain accurate CRM records using ActiveCampaign
- Use Calendly to manage appointment scheduling and optimize show-up rates
- Participate in daily Zoom huddles for team alignment
Key Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales
- Excellent spoken and written English; confident and personable
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, energetic personality
- Familiarity with CRM tools (ActiveCampaign preferred) and scheduling platforms like Calendly
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a goal-driven environment
- Able to work independently while staying connected with a remote team
Work Setup
Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
- Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am – 5 pm) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after probation.
- Bangkok (The PARQ Building): Thailand business hours (8 am – 5 pm) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 3-month onsite probation
