What you'll be doing?
  • Research and identify solutions: Find and implement solutions for software and hardware issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot: Solve technical problems, including setting up Windows Active Directory accounts and configuring networks.
  • Customer communication: Ask targeted questions to understand and resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Track and resolve issues: Ensure all computer system issues are resolved within agreed time limits.
  • Provide feedback: Give prompt and accurate feedback to customers and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Ensure proper logging: Make sure all issues are properly logged and follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional.
  • Remote support: Provide remote support for the client's ERP system, with training provided.
  • Lead potential: Take on leadership roles within the project.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience is preferred, but candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Education: A diploma degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or related majors.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office tools, basic networking concepts, Active Directory, Office365, and IT ticketing systems.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent Mandarin reading, speaking, and writing is essential for this role as you will be dealing with clients and documents from China.
  • Customer service: Excellent customer service and people skills, with the ability to manage time and resources effectively.
Working hours:
  • Mon-Sun rotating shifts, 5 working days
  • Hours 9:00-18:00 or 12:00-21:00 or 10:00-19:00
