ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE:

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks related to logistics activities, including billing, freight charges, and transport cost allocation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries in the accounting system.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and assist in closing activities.
• Liaise with internal departments (logistics, purchasing, and operations) to verify and match accounting entries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in audits, reports, and other ad hoc finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory.
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiar with AutoCount Accounting System.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

ACCOUNTING CLERK:

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in keying accounting entries and updating records in the accounting system.
• Support the preparation of basic accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Perform simple reconciliation and assist in month-end closing.
• Handle other ad hoc administrative and accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge or background in Accounting.
• Familiar with AutoCount Accounting System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Responsible, accurate, and able to work with minimal supervision.
