Qualifications & experience

  • Possess high school degree or equivalent
  • Speak fluent English and Malay ( Mandarin will be advantage)

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage shared service call centre (SG & MY) key processes which liases with After sales and Logistics to ensure the following are carried out
  • Answer queries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information on brand, product, price, and service center
  • Manage customer complaints database, resolve problems by clarifying issues;
  • Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features on products
  • Follow up with customer on job-satisfaction questionnaire
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
