Job Description

  • Lead business development initiatives in East Malaysia, focusing on sales, revenue generation, and lead development.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to grow opportunities within named accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including directors and CXOs.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with major local and multinational companies.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, including targeted events.
  • Analyze market trends and provide regular reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the ICT or telecommunications industry, with a strong professional network.
  • Demonstrates solid knowledge of ICT solutions and services.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Is proactive, results-driven, and operates with high integrity.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for business engagements
