Job Summary
The Data Analyst will play a comprehensive role in managing data analytics, creating business intelligence visualizations, and incorporating RPA development responsibilities. The role involves converting user requirements into functional specifications, identifying and orchestrating data, developing data models, maintaining solutions, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards. The ideal candidate will have experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Power Automate, or similar, as well as data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and a strong analytical mindset to enhance business efficiency and decision-making.
Job Description
- Drive reduction in operational costs through RPA solutions.
- Deliver measurable productivity improvements and estimated hours saved through automation.
- Achieving strong satisfaction survey ratings for dashboards and RPA solutions.
- Monitor the number of active users for analytics tools.
- Supporting business users and senior team members in gathering requirements, documenting process flows, and contributing to solution design.
- Assisting in building, configuring, and testing bots under supervision, ensuring compliance with RPA standards.
- Supporting unit testing, UAT, and regression testing of enhancements or fixes before deployment.
- Helping coordinate go-live activities, preparing release notes, and ensuring smooth transition into production.
- Monitoring bot performance, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring SLAs are met.
- Participating in root cause analysis, implementing minor enhancements, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Keeping process documentation, change logs, and audit trails updated in line with governance requirements.
- Ensure low error rates and minimal rework on automated workflows.
- Deliver data accuracy, completeness, and reliability in dashboards.
- Integrate new technologies and methods to expand technical capabilities.
- Actively contribute to innovation and complete training hours in RPA & BI tools.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics or a related field.
- 1-2 years working experience in Robotic Process Automation are preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Functional and technical documentation for automation, analytics, and visualization solutions.
- Developed and deployed RPA solutions, data models, and dashboards.
- Comprehensive testing and validation reports for all solutions.
- High-quality, interactive dashboards and reports that meet business needs.
- Regular performance and status reports on automation, analytics, and visualization initiatives.
- Training materials and sessions for business users.
- Recommendations for improving existing processes, solutions, and visualizations.
- Experience in RPA development using UiPath, Power Automate, or similar tools.
- Proven experience in data visualization using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases for data extraction and transformation.
- Understanding of process mapping, business process reengineering, and ETL processes.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data mining is an advantage.
