The role

Tips Industry (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Operation Executive to join our team in Kulai, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's inventory control processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This is a crucial position that will contribute directly to the success of our growing manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage and ensure overall inventory accuracy compare SAP system and physical goods
  2. Manage a team and ensure on time and accurate data entry
  3. Conduct monthly WIP & regular stock checks & annual stock counts (Physical and SAP) and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  4. Generating reports on inventory levels & material usage
  5. Collaborate with production, purchasing and sales teams to align inventory with business needs
  6. Identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes and implement solutions
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in an inventory control or operations role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  3. Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of accurately managing inventory
  4. Proficient in using inventory management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office suite
  5. Effective communication skills
  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  7. Familiar with relevant industry regulations and best practices
  8. Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
