Role Description

This is an on-site, contract-based role located in Johor Bahru for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the quality management system and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Daily responsibilities include leading quality audits, implementing quality control procedures, managing the testing and inspection of aerosol products to maintain exceptional standards, and providing training to team members on quality compliance practices. Collaboration with the production and product development teams to identify and address quality issues will also be a core part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in quality assurance methodologies, quality control systems, and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in leading audits, conducting inspections, and implementing quality management practices
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and train personnel on improving quality standards
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities for identifying and addressing quality issues efficiently
  • Experience in manufacturing or chemical engineering industries is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is required
  • Certification in Quality Assurance or related fields (such as ISO 9001) is a plus
