CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

  • Develop, update, and maintain the master project schedule using Primavera P6 or equivalent planning tools.
  • Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions to ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather relevant progress data.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and schedule forecasts.
  • Analyze schedule impacts arising from changes or variations and advise on time implications.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide planning-related insights for decision-making.
  • Support project risk analysis, resource allocation, and productivity tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and client reporting requirements.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years of project planning experience in construction.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path analysis, and progress measurement.
  • Excellent analytical communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in data center construction is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Willing to be based full-time at the project site in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
