About the Role

Join us in a full-time, on-site leadership position where you'll oversee our comprehensive Cambridge IGCSE and A Levels programs. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on international education while leading a dedicated team of educators in our vibrant Cyberjaya campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the school's academic programs

  • Drive educational excellence through curriculum development and implementation

  • Lead and mentor teaching staff while fostering professional development

  • Ensure compliance with Cambridge International standards and local regulations

  • Manage school operations and administrative functions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Education or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Cambridge IGCSE & A Levels education

  • Proven track record of successful school administration and management

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Cambridge curriculum and assessment frameworks

  • Strong understanding of international education best practices

  • Excellence in developing and implementing educational policies

  • Demonstrated experience in data-driven decision making

  • Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities
