Sales Support :

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team.
  • To attend customers' enquiries.
  • Maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records and provide financial information to the finance department.

Marketing Support :

  • Coordinating with both sales and marketing team and other departments.
  • Assisting with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and maintaining marketing documentation and databases.
  • To handle additional responsibility assigned by Head of Department/ management on ad-hoc basis.

Purchasing Support :

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantity and delivery dates.
  • Supplier coordination for vendors, resolve issues and maintain a database of supplier information.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on trade marketing, marketplace advertising, and social media management.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience working with vendors, suppliers and agencies is preferred
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and KOL management.
  • Experience in working and organizing booths at events including trade shows, consumers  expos and retailer events.
  • Pleasant personality with good negotiation skill and communication skills.
  • An active team player, able to work proactively and independently with minimum supervision.
  • Cross-functional with other departments to understand their needs and ensure smooth operations.
