Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales efforts for the center's health and wellness management programs.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, as well as corporate partners.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand individual health goals and recommend suitable wellness programs or treatments.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and solution-based selling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and feedback to ensure service consistency.
  • Provide post-consultation follow-up and support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about latest wellness trends, health programs, and company services to confidently represent offerings.
  • Uphold a customer-centric approach by ensuring each client receives a personalized and professional experience.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Health Sciences, Wellness, or related fields (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a health, wellness, or medical-related environment (e.g., wellness center, clinic, or health program setting).
  • Proven experience in sales, wellness consultation, or client relationship management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver personalized wellness recommendations.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about empowering clients to achieve better health outcomes.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM12,000.00 per month
