Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to produce engaging digital content that showcases our programs and brand. You'll create videos, posts, and campaigns that connect with both local and international audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

  • Capture and edit videos and photos for marketing use

  • Write captions, blog posts, and short-form copy aligned with our brand voice

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and content calendars

  • Stay updated on social media trends and suggest fresh, creative ideas

  • Track content performance and recommend improvements

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field

  • Experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Executive

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

  • Basic photography and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)

  • Creative, organized, and able to meet deadlines independently

Preferred Skills:

  • SEO and analytics knowledge

  • Familiarity with Meta or TikTok Ads

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
