HR Executive (Regional Role – Singapore & Malaysia)

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our Regional HR Team based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. This full-time role supports operations across Singapore and Malaysia, with exposure to broader HR initiatives across Asia. You'll collaborate closely with our global HR team while driving effective local implementation and regional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee records, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, CPF, etc.).
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding across Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to employees and managers, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Support talent management, learning, and employee engagement programs regionally.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company standards.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as global HRIS rollout and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams on strategic people initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a regional or cross-border role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian and Singaporean labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proven experience in HR operations and employee relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
