Requirements

  • Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking on camera.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Interest in flowers, gifting, lifestyle products, or beauty content.
  • Ability to engage with viewers and maintain positive online presence.
  • Basic understanding of TikTok Live features is a bonus.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, or peak festive seasons when required.
  • Experience in hosting, retail, sales, or performing arts is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Host Live Sessions on TikTok

  2. Present and demonstrate flower products, gift sets, and seasonal collections in an engaging and confident manner.

  3. Maintain high-energy, friendly hosting to attract and retain viewers.

  4. Engage & Interact with Viewers

  5. Respond to comments, questions, and requests in real time.

  6. Encourage likes, shares, and follows to boost visibility.

  7. Drive Sales During Live

  8. Highlight product features, benefits, and special promotions.

  9. Guide customers on how to purchase and check out.

  10. Upsell or recommend add-ons (chocolates, balloons, premium wraps).

  11. Prepare Products & Setup

  12. Work with the marketing and florist teams to prepare featured items for each live session.

  13. Ensure the studio/set, lighting, and display items are neat and visually appealing.

  14. Create Short-Form Content

  15. Assist the marketing team in creating TikTok videos (unboxings, trends, behind-the-scenes, product highlights).

  16. Reporting

  17. Track and report live stream performance (viewership, sales, top questions).

  18. Share insights to improve future sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
