Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Klang. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, maintaining and expanding relationships with current clients, and negotiating contracts. The role involves understanding the logistics market, developing strategies to meet the needs of the customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top personalized services.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service skills, including Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service Management
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the logistics/shipping industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
