Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and guide strategy.
- Develop strategic marketing plans, including product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Lead execution of promotional activities, workshops, and events to support product awareness.
- Manage product lifecycle from planning to launch, including training and support for sales teams.
- Collaborate with regional teams and internal departments to align marketing and product development.
- Monitor customer feedback and market conditions to improve product offerings and performance.
- Create and manage marketing materials, communication tools, and customer databases.
- Track ROI, prepare reports, and ensure timely updates to management on market activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong strategic marketing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial analysis.
- Ability to manage projects, lead cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines.
- Willing to travel and engage with hospitals, partners, and stakeholders regularly.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
