Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the document control plan for the data center project, including communication management procedures, document/email distribution workflow, and distribution matrix optimization.
  2. Manage internal and external project documentation, including technical documents, engineering drawings, project correspondence, emails, and formal letters, ensuring proper coding, registration, tracking, submission, distribution, approval follow-up, and archiving.
  3. Organize and classify project documents according to project requirements, establish an efficient document filing and retrieval system to ensure traceability and accessibility.
  4. Enforce strict confidentiality controls over project documents and follow standardized procedures for document access, borrowing, and return.
  5. Assist project teams and departments in document-related coordination and ensure compliance with project document management standards.
  6. Perform other related tasks assigned by the project management team.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. Candidates with experience in multinational companies or data center projects will be an added advantage.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in document control for international engineering or construction projects; exposure to data center construction or ICT infrastructure projects is preferred.
  3. Good command of English and able to handle technical documentation and business communication in English.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with document management systems (DMS) such as Aconex, SharePoint, Procore, or similar platforms.
  5. Strong sense of responsibility, good organization and coordination skills, able to work independently and within a cross-functional team environment.
  6. Able to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
