Job Description
Handle credit card disputes raised by customers and merchants.
Follow up with customers, merchants, and relevant parties to obtain required documentation and clarify dispute details.
Resolve disputes with affiliate banks in a timely manner, adhering to card scheme rules and regulations.
Manage cases referred by the Financial Markets Ombudsman Service with professionalism and accuracy.
Handle inquiries and correspondence from customers and merchants regarding dispute matters.
Perform reconciliation and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Unit Head.
Job Requirement
Possess at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Preferably 1 to 2 years of working experience in card dispute resolution. Fresh graduates will be considered.
Strong understanding of card scheme rules and dispute resolution processes.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
Fast learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
