Job Scope

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews .
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates through effective networking and relationship management.

Requirements

  • At minimum a Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant fields.
  • Hands on experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates.
  • Excellent communication, people and interpersonal skills.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or executive role
  • Fresh Graduate are Welcome to apply
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves interactions with Mandarin-speaking counterparts and candidates.

Working Location: Phileo Damansara

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
