Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing professional located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailor-made solutions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards and align with clients' objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively and address client inquiries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in the marketing or property sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to project management and client communications.
