Kindergarten Mandarin/Day Care Teacher

We are looking for an enthusiastic Kindergarten Mandarin/ Day Care Teacher to foster and facilitate the intellectual and social development of the children. Each day, our teachers have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the children, creating joy in each child's life by teaching through play and hands-on activities and includes planning, implementing and assessing lessons. You will teach children with patience and creativity.

You will be the key person in:

  • Candidates must be able to present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
  • Provide instructions to students by promoting interactive learning.
  • Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc).
  • Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback.
  • Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and parents and participate in meetings as and when required.
  • Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events.
  • Observe and understand students' behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is preferable for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Well spoken in English, Mandarin and Malay.
  • Contract can be renewed or converted to permanent role based on your performance.
