Role Description

This is a full-time, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-based (remote) Event Executive role. The Event Executive will plan, organize, and execute industry events, including conferences, workshops, and training sessions. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing event logistics, developing event marketing strategies, and ensuring effective communication before, during, and after events. The role also involves monitoring budgets, preparing post-event reports, and identifying areas for improvement in event execution and participant experience.

Qualifications

    • Strong Event Planning, Organizational, and Project Management skills

  • Experience in Marketing, Promotion, and Campaign Management related to events

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Collaboration skills

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Familiarity with the electronics or manufacturing industry is an advantage

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively
