Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in English, Mathematics, and other primary subjects following the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.
- Teach IPC thematic units, integrating subjects such as Geography, History, and Art through inquiry-based learning.
- Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Monitor and assess student progress using Cambridge and IPC assessment standards.
- Provide pastoral care and promote students' well-being, values, and personal growth.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic and personal development.
- Maintain classroom organization, student records, and reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues on planning, curriculum integration, and school events.
- Uphold safeguarding, child protection, and school policies at all times.
Requirements / Qualifications
- PGCE/QTS or equivalent with experience in Cambridge and IPC curricula.
- Proven ability to teach Cambridge Primary Checkpoint and IPC thematic units.
- Skilled in differentiated, engaging, and technology-integrated teaching.
- High expectations, strong classroom management, and collaborative mindset.
