This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive recruitment services across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and other entities within the Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, and other Group entities.
  • Partner with hiring managers across countries to understand job requirements and talent needs.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, social media, referrals).
  • Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates, recommending the best fit to the business.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with each country's labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Perform onboarding of new hires and off boarding of departing employees.
  • Handle recruitment administration, including background/reference checks, offer letter issuance, PO/invoice submissions, and vendor inquiries.
  • Provide timely recruitment reports and analytics to the Talent Acquisition Lead, proactively flagging risks or delays.
  • Prepare salary proposals, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience; regional exposure preferred.
  • Experience sourcing and hiring in the digital and technology sectors, with a strong network and candidate database.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a confident and engaging personality.
  • Passion for connecting with people and delivering a great candidate experience.
  • Able to speak Mandarin is a plus due to the needs of managing Taiwan and Hong Kong market.
