  • In charge of full set of accounts including data entries, invoicing and payments to customers and suppliers.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial report for management review.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly amalgated Profit and Loss & Balance sheet for submission to Corporate Office for Bursa Reporting.

  • Yearly budget preparation

  • Liaise with Part Time Accountant on computation of yearly tax liability and consolidation of accounts and financial report
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements (eg tax submission, SST & etc)
  • Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounts
  • Support internal audits by providing necessary financial documentations
  • Support senior manager / Group Accountant in other company's reporting and ad-hoc tasks

The employee is currently working under the immediate holding company - Teck See Plastic Sdn. Bhd., located in Shah Alam Seksyen 15.

Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia communication skills, spoken and written and able to speak in must be familiar with ERP Accounting Software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point and Word) organized, Detail oriented, Positive work attitude and good interpersonal skills.
