Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing, developing, and improving on HR Policies & Procedures and to ensure that changes are communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for competence and value-driven recruitment strategy and finding creative ways to recruit the best talent for the company.
  • Responsible for the administration of HR process and system that are related to Compensation and Benefits such as performance appraisals, medical insurance, and salary structure.
  • Plan, Budget, prepare, control and coordinate annual training programs for all level of staff in both internal and external activities.
  • Develop, implement and administer company policies and advice the management on employment practices, procedure and rules.
  • Investigate, manage and control all the disciplinary and grievance and provide solutions of problems related to personnel indiscipline matters.
  • Review overall employee remuneration packages and ensure that remuneration practices area competitive related to local market on a regular basis and propose to the Management as and when required.
  • Verify all local and foreign payrolls.
  • Analyze and review sales team commission scheme based on market best practices.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Human Resources or Business Administration management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, managing and executing human resources initiatives including talent engagement, HR recruitment and retention programs, IR and compensation and Benefits aspects.
  • Well versed in Mandarin, English and BM.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgement.
  • Experienced in handling foreigner issues.
  • Willing to travel from KL to Kuantan.
