Job Scope:

Server Management:

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server operating systems, software, and hardware.
  • Perform routine server monitoring and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure server systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Technical Support:

  • Provide first-level support for server-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.

Network Management:

  • Assist in managing server network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Monitor server network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Ensure network security by following established protocols.

Backup and Recovery:

  • Implement and manage server backup procedures.
  • Ensure data integrity and perform regular backups.
  • Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.

Documentation:

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of server system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Create and update user manuals and technical documentation.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance server system performance and efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops.

Requirement

  • 0-2 years of experience in server system management or related field.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux Server, and other server operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of server network concepts and protocols.
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
