- Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance using data insights.
4. Website Management & SEO
- Oversee website content updates, structure, and UX for a seamless visitor experience.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance site performance.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistent brand messaging across digital touchpoints.
5. Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Prepare monthly performance reports with key metrics and actionable insights.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to track effectiveness.
- Present insights and recommendations to the management team for strategic improvement.
6. Digital Trends & Innovation
- Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging tools.
- Propose and implement creative digital initiatives that strengthen our online presence.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (in-house or agency).
- Strong practical experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign reporting.
- Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.
