Job Description

  • Prepare and review tax computations and tax returns to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist in managing tax audits and liaise with tax authorities when necessary.
  • Provide support in tax planning initiatives to optimize tax efficiency for the organization.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring timely updates and implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial data for tax reporting.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and annual tax-related reports for management.
  • Support the tax department with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tax-related activities.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Tax Executive Should Have

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in tax computation and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams.
