Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Associate based in WP, Kuala Lumpur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Customer Success Associate will serve as a bridge between Fluid and our clients, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer support processes. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for growth, product and service enhancement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Skills in building and maintaining Customer Retention and relationships
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess feedback and improve service delivery
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Prior experience in B2B solutions or fintech is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
