As a Japanese Speaking Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

  • Process customer orders and delivery schedule
  • Manage Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Goods and Invoice
  • Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and customers on purchase and delivery
  • Maintain and built customer relationship
  • Investigate, report, and resolve customer service issues
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time
  • Visit client location to better understanding requirements and issues

Qualification:

  • At least Diploma in any field.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least JLPT N3 and above and is able to communicate in Japanese language (internal communication)
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in any field.
  • High competence in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Good team player and able to work in minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
