Job Scope

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers for technology-related issues.
  • Handle Service Requests in both languages (English and Mandarin) and respond via email, phone, portal, chat, etc.
  • To perform remote maintenance tasks, ensuring "uptime" and providing fault handling and escalation.
  • Providing verbal and written translation and interpretation from Mandarin to English or vice versa
  • Participate in routine/regular operation meetings and discussions as part of the service improvement plan.

Requirement

  • 2 years of working experience in the Service Desk or Customer Services environment.
  • Knowledge of IT Technology, especially in Microsoft and Data Center Networking.
  • Familiarity with service desk & monitoring operations added an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
