Job Description
Program Advocacy & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Lead, promote and curate the FinLab programme to potential partners, collaborators, and participants.
  • Represent FinLab & Ecosystem Partnership in ecosystem engagements, and strategic collaborations.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Act as FinLab & Ecosystem Partnership liaison for digital marketing, web content, and online lead generation.
  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing engagements for programs, events, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with cross segments (Wholesale Banking and Personal Financial Services) and external stakeholders (Tech Partners & Agencies) to launch campaigns / bundles aligned with business targets. Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing and social media technologies, providing insights and recommendations for adoption.

Content Creation & Design

  • Develop regular content such as newsletters, infographics, and thought leadership articles.
  • Assist in designing digital assets including banners, infographics and video content.
  • Analyze marketing and web activities to provide insights for content and website engagement strategies.
  • Explore and develop new digital lead funnels through multi-channel strategies.

Legal & Compliance Coordination

  • Facilitate partnership legal and compliance matters related to partnerships and initiatives, including NDAs, MoUs, and other documentation.

Team Supervision & Talent Development

  • Supervise and mentor branch secondees, interns, and management associates.
  • Monitor progress and support the growth and development of junior team members.

Requirements

  • A recognized bachelor's degree or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in partnership management, ecosystem development, or related roles within the financial services / consulting industry.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of building and nurturing strategic partnerships and collaborations, including implementation of innovative programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building and the ability to speak comfortably to an audience and converse with high-profile clients.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
