POSITION: SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

LOCATION: KLANG

What we need you to do:

  • Manage the full set of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with SST, income tax, and other statutory requirements in Malaysia.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions to improve accuracy and productivity.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls and compliance with company accounting policies.
  • Guide and support junior accounting staff including training, and performance development of team members.

What we need from you:

  • Possess a Degree/ Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in related field..
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and taxation.
  • Good analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong proficiency in financial management, including accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Required languages:  Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is of added advantage.
