The Program: A Unique Rotational Journey

This is a two-year, fast-track leadership program based in our regional hub in Kuala Lumpur. You will embark on a comprehensive journey:

• Full-Stack Rotations:
  Gain hands-on, end-to-end experience by rotating between our front-end and back-end engineering teams. You will understand how robust, scalable systems are built from the ground up.
• AI-Driven Projects:
  Go beyond traditional development. You will be strategically assigned to projects that directly integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into our core businesses—enhancing social interactions, personalizing gaming experiences, and solving complex business challenges.
• Cultural & Business Immersion:
  From day one, you are not just a trainee; you are a vital team member. You will work alongside senior mentors, contribute to real-world products used by millions, and deeply immerse yourself in our collaborative, fast-paced, and results-oriented culture.
• Path to Leadership:
  This program is specifically designed to build our future pipeline of senior technical leaders for our overseas operations. Upon successful completion, you will be placed in a key technical leadership role within our Southeast Asia operations.

What We Look For:

• Recent graduate (within 1-2 years) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in either front-end (e.g., JavaScript, React) or back-end (e.g., Java, Python, Go) technologies, with a strong desire to become a full-stack expert.
• A passionate interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and their practical applications in social and gaming platforms.
• Aspiration to grow into a technology leadership role in an international setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical solution design and core coding based on product requirements to efficiently develop and maintain backend products.
• As a key technical member, solve complex technical challenges in projects and ensure system stability, high reliability, and security.
• Continuously optimize the system architecture to support rapid business iteration and user growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Proficient in the Go language and the Gin framework.
• Familiar with the Linux OS, and skilled in using Redis, MySQL, and relational database design.
• A strong commitment to code quality and good coding practices.
• Experience with social networking or audio/video projects is a plus.
