Job Description

  • To consolidate data from business units and prepare monthly risk dashboard reporting.
  • To perform monthly follow up with business units on outstanding incident / loss event reporting, ensure incidents detected are investigated and reported in Orion after Shariah assessment.
  • To assist coordination of Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) with business units and perform review and control validation / sample testing.
  • To assist in preparation of risk reports from business units for the Executive Committee (EXCO), Operational Risk Management Committee (ORMC), Group Board Risk Management Committee (GBRMC).
  • To follow up closely with risk owners for regulatory submission; for instance monthly Orion reporting to Bank Negara Malaysia.
  • To provide risk advisory to business units and work closely with department risk and compliance coordinators
  • To assist in co-ordination for business continuity plan/disaster recovery exercise.
  • To assist in the call tree exercise twice annually and to ensure all departments' contact list are up-to-date for any emergencies.
  • To assist in outsourcing due diligence review.
  • To undertake any ad hoc requests or assignment pertaining to the Division.

Job Requirement

  • Min 4 years.
  • Analytical, systematic, good writing and verbal skills and interpersonal skill.
  • Broad overview of the business, solid understanding of the functional requirement.
