Role Description

This is a contract Junior Intelligent Operation Engineer role based on-site in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development, deployment, and maintenance of intelligent operational systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in end-to-end systems integration, optimizing business processes, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and collaborating with teams on innovative technologies. The role also involves providing technical support, working closely with clients, and contributing to project deliverables and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Systems Integration, Data Analytics, and Intelligent Process Management
  • Experience with Hardware, IT Infrastructure, and Smart Office Technologies
  • Skilled in Web Technology, Mobile Technology, and Software Development
  • Knowledge in Problem-Solving, Troubleshooting, and Process Optimization
  • Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to client workflows, and provide technical support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially in intelligent operations, is a plus
