As a Restaurant Service Crew at Jun Cuisine Enterprise Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bustling restaurant in Ipoh, Perak. What you'll be doing

  • Warmly greeting and welcoming guests to the restaurant
  • Taking orders and clearly communicating them to the kitchen team
  • Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
  • Responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any concerns
  • Assisting with setup and breakdown of the dining area as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining room
  • Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience for all guests

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues
