Candidate Requirements
1. Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in

2. Core Responsibilities

• Refactor Vendor Code (React Native Frontend)
  Requires strong experience in
  React Native
  and familiarity with web technologies.
• Modify or Bypass Proprietary OMNI Layer
  May involve reverse engineering, understanding network protocols, or replacing middleware.
• Integrate Directly with CSMS
  Knowledge of backend APIs, authentication mechanisms, and EV charging protocols (e.g.,
  OCPP
  ) is advantageous.
• Maintain and Develop Web/Mobile Apps Concurrently with Vendors
  Work with supplied front-end repositories for:
• KINETA Charge:
  React & React Native
• CSS:
  Bubble (No-Code)
• OneCharge:
  TBD
• Migrate Development from Vendor to In-House
  Includes reverse-engineering OMNI dependency in KINETA Charge.
• Assume Project Ownership
  Oversee architecture, feature planning, and long-term codebase evolution.
• Manage CI/CD, Deployments, and Version Control
  DevOps experience is essential for setup and maintenance.
• Lead SAP Development In-House
  Ability to take initiative in SAP development (details to be clarified).

3. Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of

Scope of Work
A. Project Oversight & Coordination

• Track development progress against timelines and goals.
• Act as liaison between project owner and development team for clarity and accountability.
• Validate task estimates and deliverables for feasibility.
• Maintain documentation, change logs, and milestone tracking.

B. Technical Review & Risk Monitoring

• Conduct high-level reviews of technical outputs.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and misalignments early.
• Escalate issues promptly with supporting evidence.

C. Team & Workflow Management

• Coordinate stand-ups, sprint planning, and progress reviews.
• Assign tasks, monitor completion, and resolve blockers.
• Ensure proper issue tracking and QA coverage.

D. Stakeholder Communication

• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and resource needs.
• Manage developer communications and deliverable reviews.
• Assist in preparing technical briefs, requirements, and user guides.

E. Office IT & Systems Support

• Maintain office IT infrastructure (computers, printers, internet, shared drives).
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to team members.
• Set up user accounts, email systems, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack).
• Ensure backups, secure access, and basic cybersecurity practices.
