Job Summary:
The HR Admin Intern will support daily HR operations and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in HR functions such as recruitment, documentation, onboarding, payroll support, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring manager.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Prepare HR letters (offer letters, internship letters, etc.).
- Assist in attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll support.
3. Employee Engagement
- Help organize employee engagement events and activities.
- Assist in communication of HR policies, announcements, and updates.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all documents are properly collected, verified, and stored.
- Support HR team in compliance tasks.
5. General Administrative Tasks
- Handle office communication, emails, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain HR calendars.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
