Salary: Basic + Commission (up to RM8,000)

Requirements

* Open to all education backgrounds — SPM or Diploma holders are welcome to apply.

* Must possess own transportation.

* Minimum 1 year of sales or customer facing experience required.

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

* The role is 100% remote, based in your current state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads for potential merchants across various categories.
  • Build and maintain a strong merchant pipeline to achieve acquisition targets.
  • Present the platform's value proposition and negotiate commercial terms with merchants.
  • Manage the onboarding process, including documentation, account setup, and initial guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of new merchants.
  • Monitor acquisition progress, track performance, and report on market opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with merchants to support growth.
