  • Inbound call centre that covers the Singapore market.
  • Providing courteous, professional and high-quality service to customers.
  • Identify & resolve service gaps through constructive feedback.

  • Min 1 year of inbound call centre experience
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confident and vibrant personality.
