As an EA Renewal Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of specialists to drive the end-to-end renewal process for Enterprise Agreements (EA) across the APAC region. In addition to managing existing enterprise customers, this role will also focus on Top Unmanaged Accounts — high-potential customers without active account ownership — to unlock new revenue opportunities through proactive engagement and renewal-led expansion. Your goal is to ensure timely and successful renewals, optimize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and establish strong, trust-based relationships with key enterprise customers.

Skills and Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales or account management experience in enterprise or cloud solutions.
  • Proven track record in EA renewals, account management, or inside sales.
  • Strong ability to engage with unmanaged or dormant accounts, converting them into revenue opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft 365, or Dynamics 365 preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills.
  • High degree of ownership, self-motivation, and passion for driving customer success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM18,000.00 per month
